Teller sitting at business window was extremely rude, not helpful and actually smug. I needed help with my accounts and he was so disrespectful.

After trying online several times I went to the branch and met Mr. Paul Abril. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this bank and specially this banker.
