Excellent service and great management! I will definitely come to this location more often. Small parking lot and some street parking. Fast and efficient if you know what you need and are prepared.

This place has the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Rude employees that aren't helpful at all. I'm honestly considering going to a different bank all together

Worst customer service ever. Nicole was rude and hostile for no reason at all. This branch of chase makes the entire bank look horrible.

Merli is amazing! She helped me get 130 back into my back account on overdraft fees and it was quick and professional! I definitely recommend this location

At least a couple times a week at least 2 of the 3 outside ATM's "experience issues" today (1-26-24) all 3 were having issues !!!! Frustrating is an understatement Disgruntled customer
