Chase Bank

I ended-up getting a better CD rate at a nearby bank, so I took my business there. However, the customer service was NOT the same quality that I received from Chase Client Banker Elsie Campbell....

Came in to add an account, we were helped by a young man named Diego. He was Very friendly and professional guy. He explained everything very thoroughly and we were delighted to work with him.

They are quick, friendly and professional, and at very convenient location. Lots of ATM machines.

Very unhelpful bank. The bank was understaffed, girl at the door was happy to help by saying they were too busy and any account t changes would not help accommodated and I should drive to another...

What ever you do. Do not get an auto loan through Chase Bank. You will absolutely regret it. This big bank screws its customers.
