You now only have 1 ATM instead of 2. (For a while now!) ...and I barely works, takes way too long! Not Good!

Excessively long waits for in-person banking. Always short staffed. Average wait time in line is 20-30 minutes. Only use this branch if you can get by with the ATM.

The branch manager/supervisor here (female, blonde hair, 5/11/23 approx. 1pm) is the most condescending unhelpful employee I've come across. She will cut you off right when you start speaking,...

No drive thru ATM. No outdoor ATM access. Total waste of time. I will not be using this branch in the future for any reason. Major inconvenience.
