Super nice folks at the counter! Also I was charged fees for another branch but was told that they don't charge fees at this branch.

Good customer service, good notifications if something is a mess with the account. Good customer service staff that go above and beyond.

A inept, incompetent institution, awful. Website is awful, difficult to sign in, customer service outsourced to international locations, staffed with terriblly trained staff. Chase gets a grade of D-.
