Their services have been excellent... been offered a water while waiting in lime. My son had some charges made (not from him) and the lady that helped also helped out with some on line banking...

I had to call the service line today and my 1st attempt connected with Mexico, my 2nd attempt connected me with India. What is happening with the Chase customer service system?

The bankers at this branch are the best!!! It's a tough job and they really are the kindest happiest bankers I have ever seen. Thank you all so much for your hard work. I can't wait to come back.
