THE BANK MANAGER ANI MURADYAN in less than one week solved the problem which WHOLE ONLINE/PHONE customer care could not fix for 3 months! Thank you!!!

The ATMs at this branch NEVER work. The teller explained that the ATMs are running out of money so therefore they don't work. I wish I was making this up.

From the branch manager to private bankers and wealth managers, this is one of the best branches of Chase.

My experiences at this bank have been mixed, but Sabrina deserves 5 stars. She effortlessly handled a request that Chase (860 Colorado Blvd, Pasadena) denied earlier, saving me time and frustration.
