Charisma is headed by owner and stylist Sherry Behzadi. Sherry successfully managed a national salon chain for eight years, only later to open her own salon, Charisma in 1997. With over 20 years of experience in both business and hair, she has provided impeccable customer service, hair styling and hard-to-find products for the past 15 years.
