The Charge Point station (at Disneyland CA - station #27) did not charge my car. I was sent a notice from ChargePoint that my car was charged fully and the fee was posted to my credit card....

Charge Point just stole $160 from me and will not assist in refunding it. I plugged into a station in West Hollywood and it asked me to update my payment information on my account through the app....

Absolutely horrible system. Who exactly invented this? The government? Not user friendly. It was a head ache using the app. How about using a simple system used for parking? Pay as you go....

As an EV owner, I've seen, consistently, and at every one of their stations, that Charge Point has unclear and predatory pricing models. All other providers will charge a flat rate per kilowatt...
