Chaparral Middle School

Chaparral Middle School, located in Moorpark, Calif., is a public school offering an extensive curriculum for students in grades six through eight. It has an enrollment of more than 850 students. The school offers a wide range of subjects, including English, language arts, physics, chemistry, biology, world history and geography, mathematics, algebra, calculus, geometry and health and physical education. In addition, it offers fine and visual arts, foreign language, graphic arts and computer application classes. The school provides a number of facilities that include art rooms, computer laboratory, library and media center, cafeteria and gymnasium. It organizes various activities that include the limousine bowling party, winter carnival and gram sales, history day out and science fair. Chaparral Middle School also offers the special education services, such as counseling, psychological analysis, speech and language therapies and music instructions.
