Bowling customer service here is great! Quick service and very accommodating to guests. The lanes feel a little small. Good bowling balls and shoes felt nice. Parking - a lot in a plaza

Chaparral 300 is housed within a ex-Vons building. The same corporation has an additional alley in San Dimas (Chaparral Lanes). Chaparral 300 was opened late December 2012.

If you want bad customer service this is the place to go! Managers didn't care. They did go up to the employee to inform them of our complaint. All that did was make the employee give a side eye....
