Channing House is an independent not-for-profit Life Care retirement community located in a quiet residential neighborhood in downtown Palo Alto, CA. Spacious apartments provide views of the San Francisco Bay, the Foothills, and surrounding peninsula. Our new Health Care community, located in the adjacent Lee Center, provides our residents with quality on-site Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing care. All inclusive services and amenities include three delicious chef-prepared meals in our gracious dining room, weekly housekeeping with linen service, all utilities including high speed internet and cable tv, transportation to appointments, fitness center and indoor pool, fitness classes, library, computer lab, art studio, woodworking shop, reserved parking, events, activities and trips, 24/7 emergency response care by licensed nursing staff. Physicians from Palo Alto Medical Foundation are available to see patients here at Channing House.
