History
After leaving our previous life in Silicon Valley, we started growing grapes and making wine on a small scale at our Templeton property in the late 1980's. We worked at a few different wineries and and then became co-owners of the historic HMR property. We struck out on our own with the Changala brand and officially became bonded in 2001.
Specialties
Changala Winery is a small family owned winery with 10 planted acres and a great outdoor space, on the West-side of Paso Robles wine country, in the Willow Creek District. We specialize in Red wines and Red blends, but also offer a White, Rose, and dessert wine.

What a cute find! They have a 100% tannat wine. I'd never had that before and it was delicious. We stayed for some music and ordered some food. Such a relaxing Saturday afternoon. We will be back!
