Started this business because I bought my first house and the mortgage person told me it was a good loan for me without explaining why it was good. As it turned out, he charged me a large origination fee at closing. I decided to work for my buyers/borrowers and find out the detail of what they are looking for. Providing different options and show them different ways, so they can decide what's the best for them.
