What a great meal. The paring was superb. Chandon service is the best. Chandon is located in an idyllic area. The relaxed atmosphere adds to the experience. The sparkling wines are fantastic.

Domaine Chandon was the first California sparkling wine venture by Champagne Moet & Chandon, a French champagne house. The company is a producer and distributor of sparkling and varietal wines. Domaine Chandon crafts a range of sparkling wines that reflect California's regional character, yet remain true to the practices of m thode champenoise. Its sparkling wines include Brut Classic, Blanc de Noirs, Riche, Reserve Brut and Vintage. The company s varietal wines include Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and the Ramal Road Reserve Pinot Noir. Domain Chandon produces its wines from the Carneros vineyards in Yountville, Calif., nearly 70 miles west of Sacramento on Highway 29.

As someone previously mentioned, the parking lot can get confusing. They need more or signs that are easily visible to those driving trying to figure out where to park. Outdoor area was cute....
