I have shopped at this Champs location many times at the Spectrum. Nice store with all the top gear I like. Its a bigger store and all. Its just always been a favorite of mine.

Walked into the store and nobody greeted me. The person in the front just stared at me and didn't say anything. I continued to browse the store and associates would pass and not say anything....

Terrible customer service. Both the associate and the manager working today clearly did not care to be working. They offered barely any help. The manager was rude about us trying on the shoes....
