I was greeted when I walked in right away, but not in a pushy way and when I needed help with a shoe a salesperson was there to help me right away. GREAT customer service!

Was in there for about 15 minutes looking for something to wear for my birthday. I was the only customer in there and nobody acknowledged me the whole time. No "welcome" "hello" no anything....
