Chef Matteo Silverman is the founder of Chalk Hill Cookery. Working as a chef, caterer and Pop-Up restaurateur in New York City under his company 4-Course Vegan, he started CHC when he moved to Sonoma County in 2012. Chef Matteo always creates vegan cuisine based on seasonal and organic ingredients as well as his inspiration from international travel.
