With over 10 years of criminal law experience, Octavio Chaidez has a passion for protecting the rights of all persons accused of a crime. Octavio has a BA in cognitive and biological psychology with a minor emphasis in administration of justice. His desire was to understand the effects of stress, drugs, alcohol and psychological disorders on persons involved in the criminal justice system. This knowledge, in addition to his Juris Doctor degree and license to practice law gives him a unique perspective and ability to empathize and facilitate superior resolutions for his valued clients.
