Chad Morrison A passion for Real Estate Chad Morrison was raised in San Ramon and currently lives in Lafayette. Before joining Coldwell Banker Orinda, Chad was president of the real estate development company, C.E.M Development Inc. It was his passion for real estate development that inspired him to continue in a way that he could provide the dreams of owning a home to his clients, friends and family. His outstanding experience, enthusiasm and professional skills have made him a favorite of his peers, homebuyers and sellers. In Chad's spare time he is involved in giving back to the community in which he grew up. The last 3 years he has participated at build sites for Habitat for Humanity and helped to raise well over $19,000 for future homeowners. Other organizations dear to his heart are the Gold Star Moms, Golden Gate Chapter and the Memory Box Project which provide hand carved wooden memory boxes for families of fallen soldiers. He has purchased and delivered the memory boxes to several families in the Lamorinda area.
