Found this place randomly while walking around North Lake. It's located in at Woodbridge Village Center where there's plenty of parking and also outdoor seating with nice views of the lake itself....

Good food and good drinks. Highly recommmend their almond black tea. And popcorn chicken. Service is fast and friendly. Ambiance is nice right in the plaza .
