History

Our company started in 2014 when we helped a distressed home owner sell his house that his tenants had ruined and damaged to an extent that he could not sell it the traditional way. Buy buying his home as a cash sale, he was able to walk away from his problem, and we were able to rehab his home that now provides shelter for the family who bought it. Now, we focus on helping many more homeowners who have distressed property. Many of these homes aren't suitable to be sold through the multiple listing service, other wise knows as the MLS.
