History

Started in 1979 as Valley Hypnosis Center a Hypnosis Center teaching hypnotherapy as a profession and offering hypnosis consultation.. In 1987 The Cernie Institute was established as a Wellness Center offering Self Help Programs.

The Cernie Institute is an education and wellness center that specializes in offering Certification Courses in Hypnosis, Reiki and Pranic Healing, Homeopathy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Meditation Counseling and Chakra Balancing. We provide a Wholistic approach to health by addressing the physical, emotional and mental aspects of the individual. We support the healing process by acknowledging the Whole person. Our Wellness center has workshops designed to help people deal with real life problems like; Weight Loss, Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, Self Esteem, Self Improvement, Addictive Behavior, Panic Attacks, Anxiety, Fears and Phobia's.
