We are a Zumba Class with 7 instructors from the AM-PM! Zumba is designed to help weight loss, distress, etc. Zumba is an environment of pure positive energy, loud music for motivation, and overall a great workout. Pure dancing! Zumba is all about Fun/ exercise!
