There is a rhyme and reason there. You just need to know the rules. If you are not a big company, show up between 6am and no later than 9am otherwise, you will have to wait until 1:30 to dump....

It serves its purpose, but took a long time and the only time an individual can dump garbage is between 1:30 to 4:30 pm M-F (very inconvenient).
