Richard Moore Owner failed to pay my final invoice for $10K for me and my subcontractor. I sued him and won but still have to go do some liens on his properties. He is snake.

I worked there for a few years, until the paychecks started to bounce. The owner, Richard Moore, argued with the CA Labor Board that it was my fault my paychecks weren't honored by his bank...
