Our specialty programs include Parkinson's Wellness, Palliative Care, Total Joint, Wound Care, Lymphedema Therapy, Better Balance for Life, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our patient services include Registered Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Home Health Aide, Social Worker, and Registered Dietitian. Our program provides 24 hour/7 day-a-week services in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara. We are licensed by the state of California and Medicare certified.

My mother is in her 90s and was in the hospital for 5 days for a leg wound that became infected. She's supposed to have a nurse visit her twice a week to check the wound and change the dressings....
