The Historical Society of Centinela Valley is a non-profit volunteer organization established in 1964, dedicated to preserving the history and culture of the Centinela Valley. The society operates the Centinela Adobe Complex, which is leased from the City of Inglewood, showcasing a collection of historical artifacts.

Through various community events such as an annual barbecue, fiesta, and Christmas caroling, the society engages the public in celebrating local heritage. The organization also offers mission tours to educate visitors about the historical significance of the Adobe and surrounding area.
