ConXi n is a community-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1977, dedicated to addressing the overrepresentation of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color in the criminal justice and child welfare systems. The organization provides education, workforce development, behavioral health services, and culturally competent social services to residents of Santa Clara County, fostering pathways to healthy development and lifelong well-being.
