Total scam, they charge a $250 annual fee in addition to your insurance! In addition you have to sign like 4 release forms and fill out more paperwork than I've ever seen at a doctors office....

This place is a scam. They charge $250 for an annual membership! They do not disclose that and in order to see the doctor you need to pay that fee.
