Personal experience: We all go based on our schedules and for them to "put you down" for an appointment and then not show up on the system it seems to me a total DISASTER. Keep in mind this...

Great Dentists, wonderful staff. Wait times are sometimes a bit long, but worth it, as people there take care of you and your Dental needs. Our current family of 5 are all loyal patients here.
