History

My professional passion has been to find the best approaches and methods to successfully pull relationships up to the ones people dream of. I've gathered smart, dedicated and seasoned couples therapists who each bring special gifts, talents and compassion to guiding couples to optimal relationship health. We have a broad scope of training and experience including the Gottman Method, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, the Developmental Model, and Mindfulness to tailor the therapy to your specific needs. There's no problem couples struggle with that we haven't assisted in resolving. We each bring the warmth, caring, and wisdom that our clients find sets us apart.

The Center for Couples Therapy's mission is to help couples and individuals with relationship concerns find a clear and do-able path to feel safe, cherished and that their partner has their back. We show couples how to develop the skills, will and trust to transform their relationship to one of confidence in communication and a solid emotional connection.
