What started out as family fun, competing in local BBQ Competitions, has turned into one of the most unique catering business in Contra Costa County. Que Master Bill and his wife Christy make great food that tastes like it came right out of your own kitchen. With the custom smoker in tow they can set up and cook onsite at your event.

Weak, you want $10 for a tritip sandwich, just meat on a plain bun? No coleslaw no tomatoes nothing. They don't even have sides no menu just plain tritip on a bun. Pathetic

This BBQ is amazing. I don't even like red meat and their tri tip was to die for. We went to a event for 100 plus people. Their was no wait for the food and it was always hot and fresh. Sooo good!!!
