This is the best BBQ I have had I had the brisket platter and it was amazing so tender full of flavor and just amazing dirty beans as a side this is worth every penny !!!

I've found food trucks can be a gamble. Fortunately, C&B is very, very good. Unfortunately, the brisket was sold out by the time I got there but I'm sure it's excellent based on our BBQ plates...
