Cayucos Cellars is a small family-owned winery located in the coastal hills above Cayucos, California. With a limited annual production of 500 to 800 cases, the winery focuses on meticulous attention to detail in crafting premium wines using wild yeast fermentation and aging in neutral oak barrels.

The winery operates out of a renovated dairy barn on a working ranch, with a tasting room situated in town to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors. Owners Stuart, Laura, and their children, Clay, Ross, and Paige, personally welcome guests, sharing their passion for winemaking and engaging in friendly conversations about their wines.
