I created Caymus Properties, Inc after working for nearly a decade with Sacramento's largest property management company. I partnered with an investment company who demonstrated several years of successful capital investment into the local Sacramento real estate market. The synergy of their investor criteria with my experience in the industry has created the fastest growing, most successful property management company in the area.
