I brought my friend to this branch to open an account since they can open account for NRA. Very friendly employees and take good care of my friend. Would introduce more clients to this branch

extremely rude staff here and illogical bank rules. I used a non cathay bank card to withdraw cash from their ATM. I paid the ATM fee but the system didn't have an option to pick bills like chase...
