History

Our chef, Bliss Attaie is a graduate of the Professional Culinary Institute. She has been a passionate advocate of culinary arts in and around the Bay Area for the past ten years. Bliss has worked as head chef and assistant executive chef for some of the heavy weights in the high tech industry in the Silicon Valley including Apple Computers and Abbot Medical Optics. Bliss has also served as a guest chef for the prestigious Food and Wine Festival at Spanish Bay in Carmel, CA. Her passion and dedication has led her to form Catered Feast, a full service catering company in which she has complete creative control. Bliss specializes in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern gourmet cuisine. She is well versed in the classical French cooking method and has been greatly influenced by her travels in Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Asia, and Europe. These influences and her classical French training combine to form a cuisine that is truly unique and unforgettable.
