We believe in an efficient design, permitting and construction process. To achieve these, we have a few tools we leverage, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and recommend an Integrated Project Delivery (IDP). Simply put, BIM allows us to virtually build your building before it ever gets built. This has 3 major advantages: the model is a powerful tool to store all the project design information, it streamlines design drawings with fluid interchangeability of 2d and 3d drawings, and has the ability to layer and organize all the building systems (structural, mechanical, lighting, etc). IPD is project delivery method that forms the whole team early on in the design process including the owner, architect, contractor, designers, engineers and sub-contractors. Leveraging the whole team's expertise base, the owner is empowered to attain what is important to them and the project can come to realization with an increased efficient and cost effective manner.

We are focused on new home design, home remodel design, home addition design, bathroom design, kitchen design, and everything else in-between. We've been known to do all inclusive design, from improving home flow, refining natural lighting to interior and landscape integration. We love the tiny home movement (both on wheels and with true foundations), granny units (accessory dwelling units) and minimalist living.
