Casa De Modesto

Founded in 1965, Casa de Modesto Retirement Center is a community-based nonprofit retirement center located in Modesto, Calif. The center specializes in providing independent and assisted residential living and skilled nursing services to seniors. Its independent living program offers unfurnished one- and two-bedroom apartments to seniors, and services, such as assistance in routine activities, transportation and medical professionals for emergencies. The community also provides courtyard apartments and cottages with heat and air systems, refrigerators, patios with storage lockers, handicap accessible bathrooms and kitchens. Its assisted living services include meals, assistance with medications and bathing, weekly housekeeping assistance, transportation to medical appointments and planned activities. The community also offers various additional services, such as nurse call buttons located within each unit, health and wellness program, exercise services, computer access, gift shop, library and piano services. It provides 24-hour skilled nursing care, including doctor visits, nutritional assessment, pain management, physical therapy consultations and social services.
