DO NOT USE CARTER. They sold us the $1600 'package' for four areas (electric, appliances etc). The reality is they come over and inspect only. Then YOU PAY OUT OF POCKET for any service....

I have used them in the past with no problems. Not the case now, prices are high and they do not have Saturday service available.
