Carrillo's Tortilleria, located in San Fernando, Calif., is a family-owned and operated Mexican restaurant. It offers hand made tortillas, tamales, tacos, chile rellenos and burritos. My friend took me here and I was shocked at how big the burrito was. Very tasty and filling. Enough for two or even three.
