The Carpenters Property Management name was originally started by Mr. Richard Carpenter. It was subsequently purchased by Robert and Carol Valdez and run as a family business since 1987. Jesse Valdez, the only son of Robert and Carol took ownership of the business in April 2018 and has discontinued the use of the name Carpenters Property Management absorbing the entity into his corporation, Platinum Works, Inc. as a licensed California Real Estate Brokerage Corporation.

Carpenters is the management company in charge of the community where I live. Carpenter's also runs the H.O.A., I will begin by saying that the community is neglected big time. trash all over....
