History

Candles for a Cause! Carole's Candles is more than just your typical candle company. We are a story of survival. Our company began in 1996, when Carole was diagnosed with breast cancer. Looking for a way to relax from the effects of chemotherapy and radiation, Carole bought a slab of wax, a mold, and a small vile of scent, and created her first candle. The love she had for crafting her own candles soon ignited a passion which helped her from being a breast cancer patient to becoming a breast cancer survivor. Carole's Candles is committed to help people overcome the effects cancer. Our philosophy, bring a smile to the face of cancer patient, and watch them foster their ability to heal by finding balance, joy, and relaxation from knowing that they are cared for. That is why we are a proud sponsor of the American Cancer Society Making Strides to support the mission to Find the Cure. This was the commitment our founder made to herself, and the same commitment we make to others.
