The Carol Morrison East Public Launch Ramp is a public boat launching facility located on the north shore of Big Bear Lake, about 1/4 mile west of Stanfield Cutoff. All vessels must be inspected prior to launch and must have a valid Lake Use Permit, which can be purchased at the East Ramp.
