Stopped by Carnitas Uruapan and ordered carnitas, beans, rice, and chicharrón. I didn't get the mixed carnitas--just the plain cut--and they came out a bit dry and bland. Maybe the mixed version...

Delicious carnitas! The carnitas was very moist and flavorful. The owner was very kind and offered a sample of their birria which was amazing! Will definitely be coming back.

As the name suggests, the name of the game here is carnitas! There were renovations going on in the building that is right off the street, so there's a trailer you go to towards the back and order...
