Carnitas El Bajio

The ambiance was not what I expected it to be . I have lived in the Valley for 14 years and this was the first time I've been here . It didn't disappoint and I was really surprised. I loved it....

The carnitas were great. Felt like it took far too long between walking in out(25 minutes for 2-1/2 lbs and come chicharrón). I will be back for sure.

The carnitas are ok but the wait time is horrible. They need to get more people working in the back to get orders out in a more timely manner especially for take out.

Came from out of town and were on a road trip, we wanted to eat so decided to stop here. The food was very good, we orderd a couple different things, for the price the portions were really good....
