Carmel Shakespeare Festival

In 2005, Pacific Repertory Theatre announced its 23rd season of plays and musicals under the banner We are such stuff as Dreams are made on. During the season, eight productions paid homage to Pacific Repertory's mission to present bold and daring interpretations of some of the literary classic plays of yesterday, today and tomorrow. M. Butterfly, Disney s Beauty and the Beast and a Frank Sinatra tribute concert are among some of the recent performances Pacific Repertory has put on at various venues. Pacific Repertory Theatre is supported in part by grants from Packard Foundation, AT&T Pebble Beach Charities, Community Foundation for Monterey County, Harden Foundation, Berkshire Foundation, Chapman Foundation and The Cultural Council for Monterey County.

The Carl Cherry Center for the Arts, located in Carmel, CA, has been dedicated to enriching the artistic and cultural landscape of Monterey County since 1948.
