Carmel Middle School

Founded in 1963, Carmel Middle School offers a variety of educational and enrichment programs for students in grades six through eight. It teaches various subjects, including English, math, science, social studies, health education, language arts, computer science, music, arts and crafts, and physical education. The school offers various sports programs and extracurricular activities for students. It also provides guidance and individual and group counseling to students. The school s library has a large collection of books on various topics, and other audiovisual reference materials for students and teachers. Its parent-teacher association caters to the needs of the students, and organizes and participates in various school activities. Located in Carmel, Calif., the school is a part of the Carmel Unified School District, and enrolls more than 500 students.
