These apartments seems good but it's ghetto and very loud tents play loud music through early mornings like 1am all the way to 5am smh people hanging out by others door being loud the front office...

Carmel Apartments are very nice and reliable... I lived there for about 5 years and the management and staff where always very helpful and kind to us... when I finally left is was on good terms.....
